a different kind of animal shelter

Forgotten Felines is a private, all-volunteer, 501c3 organization in Westbrook, CT, serving ten towns along the Connecticut River and shoreline. We rescue homeless cats and kittens,  care for them in our no-kill shelter and work to find them loving, adoptive homes.

KITTENISH KOBE CRAVES COMFORT!

This young, handsome gray boy has had a lot of heartbreak in his short life. Found wandering along the shoreline, he was dropped off at a local vet hospital and now at Forgotten Felines waiting for someone to give him a FUREVER home. He is energetic, rambunctious, and would probably be happiest if he were the only cat in your home. Kobe will reward you with his antics! To adopt Kobe, please call the Forgotten Felines adoption line at 860-669-1347.

FOSTER HOMES URGENTLY NEEDED!

We are in desperate need of foster homes, short-term or long-term, for our rescued kittens, pregnant cats, bottle feeders, or special needs cats. We simply cannot continue to rescue or accept kittens if we don't have a place to house them. Please consider fostering, even if short-term, to help alleviate our crisis situation. For more information, call the Volunteer line at (860) 669-1347, option 3.
